We Gladly Accept Returns

As always, you may return new, unused, unaltered jewelry within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the following exceptions:

  • Without a receipt (and after 30 days) all sales are considered final.
  • Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ may not be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect Orders

If you are returning a piece because it was not the correct product, we will be able to confirm the error through email together, and Lustora will provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return at no additional charge.

All Other Returns

If you are returning a piece for any other reason whatsoever, it’s best to reach out to our customer care crew. Each case is different, and the process and terms will vary depending on your particular return scenario, for example:

  • If your product was damaged in transit, while Lustora is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, the insurance provided by USPS Ground Advantage may cover the cost to replace and reship your order.
  • In some cases, Lustora may provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return, and generally a return shipping fee of $8.99 would be deducted from the final refund amount. 
  • Alternately, you may prefer to purchase a return label directly from your courier when you send items back to us. In this case, we would not deduct a return fee from your final refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return—3 Simple Steps

  1. Reach out to hello@lustora.com. Our customer care crew is available 11:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday thru Friday, and on Saturday between the hours of 11:00am-4:00pm CST. No matter your situation, we will assist you via email to determine the best path forward and make the return process as easy as possible.
  2. Repack your order in the original packaging with your packing slip. Be sure that your jewelry is in its original, unused condition, and include attached tags, jewelry box, and pouch, as well as any free gifts, coupons, polishing cloths, and care cards.
  3. Return your product to the address below. For your security, please use an insured courier (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage) and retain your receipt:

Please note: Some gemstones may have natural variances in color or shape due to the individual nature of natural gems. There may be some variance from the image of the item to the actual one received due to the nature of the stones and handmade craftsmanship; however, we do our best to maintain uniformity. Keep in mind that many of our pieces are designed with one-of-a-kind stones, making each one individually unique, just like you!

We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition, appear to have been worn, have missing tags, or do not meet our quality standards.
