Speedy Jewelry Deliveries Are On the Way

Lustora takes great care to ensure every product we offer is delivered in the best possible condition on the expected delivery date for the enjoyment of our customers. Shipping is available within the continental U.S., including physical residential and commercial addresses (no P.O. boxes).

We offer standard shipping (5-8 business days) via USPS Ground Advantage:

  • Orders under $75 (pre-tax) - $5.99
  • Orders $75 or more (pre-tax) - FREE

Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for a flat fee of $25.00 sent via FedEx.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and only once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day (excluding holidays).

Cancellations or Changes to Orders

If you need to make a change to your shipping address or other order details, please email us at hello@lustora.com as soon as possible.

We’ll make our best attempt to update the requested information at no charge as long as your package has not left the studio to ship.

In the off chance that an address change can be made using USPS Package Intercept, we will be able to help make that determination, and a $20 address change fee plus additional carrier fees may apply.

A Note on Timing and Delays

Shipping time estimates are based on USPS and FedEx guidelines, however, there are some things outside of our control that could impact the timing of your delivery:

  • Delays in Transit

    Factors like high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information could all result in your delivery taking longer than expected.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts By Courier
    We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

  • Customer Delivery Refusal
    Package refusal by customers can happen, for example, if the intended recipient moved and no longer lives at the address or the recipient doesn’t expect the package and refuses it. If your Lustora package is refused by mistake upon delivery, this will certainly delay the delivery process, as your order will most likely be returned to our studio via the same shipping method used to send it.

  • Inaccurate or Incomplete Shipping Info

    Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order, as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has already shipped, USPS Package Intercept may be an option. If so, we will be able to help make that determination, and a $20 address change fee plus additional carrier fees may apply.

    Once an address modification is requested, carriers require additional time to process the change, which may delay the package. Lustora is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

We’re unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8 a.m.-10 p.m.

Lost or Unreceived Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package, we cannot refund or replace lost or stolen items.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges.

Packages returned with delivery failure due to customer error (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, customer refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) will incur a $5.00 restocking/reshipping fee. A restocking/reshipping fee will be applied to the final refund amount or charged upon re-shipment of the order once the original package is received in-house.
