Each session requires a 30-minute booking, and there is no appointment fee to reserve your spot. Want solid 14k gold or white gold? Let us know when you book—we’ll make sure it’s here for you.

Style It: Customize Your Forever Jewelry
At your appointment, you’ll select your chain style, metal finish, and optional charms or gemstone links. We custom fit it to you.

Bracelets measure 7” and anklets are approximately 10”, but regardless they are custom fit for each person.

Charms & Connectors - Starting at $15
We have many options of gemstone charms and connector links for every birthstone, month, or meaning. Choose from various semi-precious stones, crystal gems with matching metal bezels, hanging charms, or connector links to be included within your chain.

Want solid 14k gold or white gold? These metals must be requested when booking so we can have your chain ready in time. Be sure to select this option when booking or reply to your confirmation email to let us know!

Want to get linked with friends? You can book for multiple people in one session—just choose a group appointment when you book! Great for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or girls‘ night out.

We ask for 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule, just reply to your confirmation email or contact us, and we’ll do our best to help!

Minors (ages 13-17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For safety, we choose not to weld on anyone under the age of 13.

Contact us if your chain ever needs re-welding service. We're happy to repair any Lustora permanent jewelry chain for free, or with a fee of $20 for welds done elsewhere.
